Registration for Photonics North 2026 is now open!

Rates are listed in CAD and do not include applicable Quebec taxes. In Quebec, the sales tax system involves two separate taxes: the federal Goods and 5% Services Tax (GST) and the provincial 9.975% Quebec Sales Tax (QST). Taxes will be added to the final total.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to [email protected] and will be subject to the following conditions:
A refund of registration fees will be made to any registered participant who cancels on or before April 1, 2026, less a 75 $ CA administration fee.
No refund will be made if cancellation requests are received after April 1, 2026.
There will be no administration fee for a delegate name substitution.

- How do I change the name on my registration?
If you wish to change the name on a registration, please send an email to [email protected] for assistance.
- How do I cancel my registration?

- How do I get my letter of invitation?
For all travellers needing a Visa to travel to Canada, the Committee will provide an invitation letter. To receive your Invitation letter, you must register and fill the required information. After receiving the full payment of your registration, we will forward you a copy of the letter, including the special event code you will need to apply.
- This letter will not automatically grant you a Visa.
- This letter will only help to facilitate the application process.
- Your application will need to go through the same scrutiny as any application.
- If your work or research studies do not directly link you to the subject of this conference, you have a 99% chance that the Visa will be declined.
You can request an invitation letter during the registration process. Once your registration fee has been paid, we will automatically provide you with an invitation letter, including the official IRCC conference code.
IMPORTANT : Please note that no invitation letter for visa application will be sent without the full registration payment received.
